Compliance status

This website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.

Disproportionate Burden

The following has been identified as Disproportionate Burden for 2020 and will be reviewed yearly.

  • Our forms are built and hosted through third party software and ‘skinned’ to look like our website.
  • Adding subtitles to existing media, where YouTube’s automated subtitles are not active
  • We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

PDFs and other documents

Many of our existing pdfs and Word and other Office file format documents are essential to providing our services.

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix pdfs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services.

We’re in the process of updating our pdf library to fix our three most common accessibility fails listed below.

  • tab Order Not Specified
  • language Not Set
  • title Not Set

Any new pdf, HTML or Office file format documents we publish will aim to meet accessibility standards.

Logistics are key to the ongoing success of our business and the park’s direct link to the M62 motorway was a major factor in our decision to relocate as our main distribution centre.

We have more than doubled our workforce since moving to Kingsway Business Park and have taken on several apprentices. We are also just minutes from Junction 21 of the M62.

David Gilberton
Managing Director - WWCTV

Kingsway offered a brand-new facility in a modern, clean and carefully designed environment that reflects the high standards that are akin to our company’s values.

John Atherton

Logic gives us the space and facilities required to move ahead with our business plan. Most importantly, the location next to the M62, allows for the speedier fulfilment of orders.
